Project Management
Approach
In managing projects, we use proven standards, for example those recommended by the American Project Management Institute (PMI), the British Office of Government (OGC), or the International Project Management Association (IMPA). The precise approach depends on the individual conditions and goals of our clients.
For us, key factors for the successful completion of a project are the people and their motivation. That is why we prefer to create project teams that bring together as much different experience, knowledge, and creativity as possible. In the workshops we moderate, the teams work out the relevant facts, solutions, and methods. Afterwards, we assist them in implementing the results of their work.
In order to ensure the success of the project, we rely on our competency in project management and in the management of the people involved. We combine these in a targeted manner and decide what the concentration must be.
We are happy to pass on our extensive experience in project and change management by training project managers to be able to independently manage complex projects. In our training sessions, we place an emphasis on the development of the ability to lead interdisciplinary teams without authority. The project management consultants and trainers from our team have many years of experience in project management and have already trained numerous certified project managers who manage international projects in large companies, for example BMW or Airbus.
