Since d3 was founded, we have been developing and expanding a particularly effective program architecture for the further development of managers and specialists. Today we can say that the d3 development programs define an exceptional standard for a multiple stage development program.
The levels of the d3 development program are optimally built upon one another methodologically and didactically. The individual building blocks are tailored to the tasks and demands of the respective target group; the potentials of the individual participants are always the focus. Due to our unique methods and training sessions, we witness a great deal of openness, motivation, and desire for development in our participants which often extend far beyond the time of the program. d3 development programs work particularly effectively because they start precisely with the objectively determined strengths and potentials of the participants. Over 70 percent of the training time is used for further developing behavior. We convey and check necessary knowledge primarily with media. Throughout the entire development program, the participants are assisted by a d3 trainer who is responsible for the success of the entire program.
The learning environment and company practice are closely linked for us so that what is learned can be easily transferred to the work environment and be securely anchored there. We make the success of our programs clear using defined, company-related criteria – both for each participant as well as for the training group.
